Rise and Roar Collective MerchAs nurses, we’re often the ones who step up, stay late, pick up the extra shift, skip the break, and keep going even when we’re running on empty.
We’re so used to showing up for everyone else that we sometimes forget we’re human, too. We created this merch because we believe that being a good nurse shouldn’t mean sacrificing your own well-being.
Just because you can take another shift doesn’t mean you have to. Just because you can push through exhaustion doesn’t mean you should. Just because you can carry it all doesn’t mean you have to carry it alone.
You are allowed to set boundaries.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to put yourself on the priority list, too.
Our merch is more than a sweatshirt or a T-shirt. It’s a reminder to yourself and the nurses around you that your well-being matters just as much as the people you care for every day.
Because preventing burnout starts with changing the belief that being a good nurse means giving until there’s nothing left to give.
