Join Rise and Roar Collective for a rejuvenating yoga experience set in the most beautiful outdoor setting! This class will be led by yoga instructor and nursing student Brittany, who brings both skill and heart to every session.
This event is designed to help you reset, recharge, and feel appreciated for everything you do.
As a small token of gratitude, every nurse in attendance will receive a thoughtfully curated goodie bag.

This is a free event to attend however seats are limited. The first 9 nurses to sign up will receive a special gift from Clove!
All attendees must bring their own yoga mat.

This seminar with Steeple City is for nurses seeking to learn about personal safety, resilience, and stress management through the sport of Jiu Jitsu. The seminar will involve education, demonstration and games where nurses are able to learn from the instructors and then demonstrate basic movements. Afterwards there will be a time for a Q&A session to clear up any other questions.
