Rise and Roar is a Massachusetts nonprofit corporation. The nonprofit’s 501(c)3 tax-exempt status is currently pending approval by the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”). While we do not expect any issues, we cannot guarantee that the IRS will approve the application for tax-exempt status.
The IRS grants tax-exempt status retroactive to the date of incorporation December 3, 2025.
