The Main Squeeze: Motherhood and Nursing—Resiliency, Redefining Success & Understanding Your Rights
Sunday June 28th | 1:00-3:00 PM
The Springs Motel 94 US-7, New Ashford, MA 01237
Motherhood and nursing ask a lot of us.
As nurses, we're constantly pouring into others—supporting patients through some of their worst moments, assisting families, managing stress, and carrying the emotional weight of our work.
Then we come home — step out of our scrubs and step into another important role: Mom.
Some days, it can feel like everyone needs a squeeze from you.
If you've ever felt stretched too thin trying to do it all — then this event is for you.
Join Rise and Roar Collective for a workshop where you’re the Main Squeeze🍋.
During our workshop, we'll hear from two amazing guest speakers, Heaven Raab and Ellie Field. Where we'll explore resilience in motherhood and nursing, what it means to redefine success in this season of life, and how understanding your rights as a working mom can help you thrive both personally and professionally.
What to Expect:
🍋 Inspiring guest speakers & real conversations about motherhood and nursing
🍋 2 Continuing education credits
🍋 A workbook with a place to take notes & find resources
🍋 Light food and drinks
🍋 Connection, community, and encouragement from fellow nurse moms
🍋 Time to relax afterwards on the Springs Motel Property and pool.
If you're a new mom in the trenches, still currently pregnant, considering starting a family while navigating a nursing career or chasing toddlers / teenagers, we hope you’ll join us.
Life may hand us lemons—but together, we'll learn how to make something beautiful from them.
